Our guests are treated like family, with cozy snuggles on the sofa or a peaceful sleep at the foot of the bed, ensuring we mimic their home routine for a comfortable stay. meet & greet
We start with an initial meet and greet at your home, where’ll discuss your needs and your dog's suitability for boarding. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions and ensure that I’m a good fit for your furry friend. We’ll also cover costs and outline the next steps to ensure a smooth boarding experience.
trial sessions
Before any boarding services are provided, we will conduct trial sessions. This is non-negotiable, as I need to ensure your dog is suitable to stay in my home with my family and resident dog. The process will begin with a walk alongside my resident dog, followed by a 24-hour trial stay that includes two walks and various enrichment activities. This trial is charged at the full rate, along with a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Please note that we only accept one household boarding at a time (boarders may overlap by a day or two), so once your dates are secured, they will no longer be available to others. Once we are satisfied that the trial has gone well, we will confirm your booking and look forward to welcoming your dogs for a home boarding stay.
